PrintSmart Program Details
Some PrintSmart program offers will differ for Benchmark-leased equipment. All Benchmark-leased equipment requires a PrintSmart agreement coterminous with their lease agreement. Customer-owned local (non-networked) printers are not eligible for PrintSmart program. Leased local (non-networked) printers will be subject to a $10 monthly base rate increase for the term of their agreement. Early termination fee may apply. See full terms and conditions for details. Set up fee on non-contract option varies depending on fleet size.†Benchmark-provided safety stock must be returned upon termination of applicable PrintSmart agreement. Hot Swap Program Details
Hot Swap Bolt On applicable only to eligible purchased equipment with applicable PrintSmart contract agreement. Hot Swap Bolt On applicable only to eligible A4 equipment with applicable PrintSmart contract agreement. Same-day service is defined as a 4-8 business hour turnaround from time of customer notification. Business hours are defined as 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST. Non-Xerox Hot Swap eligible models will temporarily be replaced with a Xerox model of similar or equal functionality. 

Help Desk Program Details
Unlimited remote IT support is included. Up to 2 on-site visits per year is also included with applicable PrintSmart contract agreement. Additional on-site visits subject to current hourly rate and additional charges. 

Essentials Details
ACH required. Free shipping offer valid with 1-year agreement. Parts required for repair are not included. 

Support Details
Annual cost of $500 per device billed when signed agreement is fully executed. Fit-for-service inspection may be required. Includes labor, travel and parts. Hourly-rate option is $90 per hour for labor, plus cost of travel and parts. Contract requirement subject to terms of lease agreement.
