Benchmark Business Solutions is seeking a Smart Center Coordinator to be an integral part of our customer service team.

- Answer multi-line telephones for all office locations and employees, routing calls professionally and courteously.
- Place Customer Service Requests into Ticketing system
- Monitor Timely responses to customer requests
- Place customer supply orders in billing system for warehouse fulfillment
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with customers and employees at all levels
- Strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills – prefer advanced in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced dynamic environment
- Education: Post High School Certification, Associate’s Degree, or higher
