Benchmark is owned and operated by Jeff Horn, Joel Holder, Joel White and David Belz. This leadership team has more than 100 years of office technology industry experience. Benchmark's marketplace strength is derived from a dedicated group of more than 70 sales, service and administrative professionals. The Benchmark team combined with more than 20 locally-based Xerox service engineers is unmatched in size, experience and ability.

Jeff Horn

President and CEO

Mr. Horn was named Benchmark Business Solutions’ second President and CEO in December of 2012. A lifetime west Texan, Mr. Horn joined Benchmark after spending 15 years in the technology and finance sectors. Mr. Horn and his team have successfully continued the tradition of being named the #1 Xerox Agency in the U.S.

Joel Holder

COO

Mr. Holder joined the Benchmark team in April 1999 as a partner and service manager in Lubbock. Mr. Holder is a member of Benchmark’s Board of Directors and has a wealth of knowledge in the office equipment industry where he has worked since 1980. As EVP of Service he oversees customer service support for the company.

Joel White

EVP of Sales

Mr. White joined Benchmark in 2001 and has served as a member of the sales team, a local manager, and a regional sales manager. Joel recently joined Benchmark’s Board of Directors and is a vice president with responsibilities in San Antonio, Marble Falls, and Wichita Falls.

David Belz

CSO

Mr. Belz joined Benchmark in 2017 with the acquisition of TonerTiger, a Benchmark Company. TonerTiger was founded in 1996 by David and Jamie Belz as a toner cartridge remanufacturing reseller based in Brownwood, Texas, before moving to Abilene in 2001. The company has since evolved to become a Silver HP Partner, offering managed print solutions and IT hardware services across the state of Texas and beyond.
